MCoat: Geico Graduation Ceremony
Il 14 marzo, con una Graduation Ceremony tenutasi presso l’Hotel de la Ville di Monza, più di 50 persone dello staff Geico hanno ricevuto il diploma di Master in Original Coating Plants for Vehicle Industry.
Il Master, denominato anche “Campus Pippo Neri” in memoria del fondatore dell’azienda, è stato concepito con lo scopo di diffondere il know-how della nostra attività di main contractor al fine di creare un team di professionisti altamente qualificati in grado di soddisfare le esigenze dei Clienti attuali e potenziali.
Peculiare sia per l’impegno richiesto ai suoi partecipanti e organizzatori sia per la sua durata complessiva (circa un anno), il corso è stato tenuto da tecnici Geico a tecnici Geico che proprio in questa occasione sono stati premiati per la loro costanza e attiva partecipazione. Sono stati distribuiti ben 47 diplomi, identificati a loro volta da medaglie d’oro, d’argento e bronzo, e sono state consegnate 20 corone di alloro a tutti i relatori che hanno condiviso le loro conoscenze del settore nel corso delle lezioni tenutesi da un anno a questa parte.
MCoat: Geico Graduation Ceremony
On 14th March, a Graduation Ceremony took place in the Hotel de la Ville in Monza (near Milan) where more than 50 people of Geico received the Master degree in Original Coating Plants for Vehicle Industry.
The Master, also called “Campus Pippo Neri” in memory of the founder of the company, was organized in order to spread the know-how of our activity of main contractor with the purpose of creating an internal team of highly-qualified and specialized professionals competent in satisfying the needs of present and potential Customers.
Peculiar both for the commitment requested to its participants and organizers, and for its total duration (about 1 year), the course was held by Geico technicians to Geico technicians. In this very occasion the “alumni” were awarded for their constancy and active participation with 47 degrees, identified by gold, silver and bronze medals whilst the lecturers received a laurel wreath for their willingness to explain and spread their knowledge during the lectures held so far.
